Rafa Nadal participará el próximo sábado en el 'Arthur Ashe Kid's Day', un evento organizado por el US Open, cuarto Grand Slam de la temporada, y dedicado especialmente a los niños.

If you enjoy listening to a concert with American Idol winner Jordin Sparks http://www.jordinsparks.com/us/home, being entertained by film actor Will Ferrell http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0002071/, and seeing some of the best tennis players in the world, all wrapped up in one stadium, then the 2009 Arthur Ashe Kids Day is for you. The entire event takes place on the beautiful grounds of the Billie Jean National Tennis Center in Queens, right outside of New York City, on Saturday August 29 from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Not only do you get to watch but you might be on television the next day. Why? Because the entire day is taped to be broadcast on national television by CBS on Sunday August 30 from 12 noon to 1:30 p.m.
The event is divided into two parts; in the morning from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., kids and their families can take part in free interactive games and clinics on the outer courts of the grounds.
The second part, where charges are $10 for general admission promenade tickets or loge tickets for $20, is inside the stadium where the stage will feature Jordin Sparks singing her new hit "Battlefield" as well as rising stars Honor Society http://www.myspace.com/honorsociety and Usher protege Justin Bieber http://www.myspace.com/justinbieber. In between musical acts, the tennis stars take the court to play games for their charities. Tennis champions Serena Williams, Andy Roddick, Maria Sharapova, Rafael Nadal, Andy Murray, Kim Clijsters, James Blake, and Novak Djokovic will entertain the crowd with their fast serves, accurate ball placement, and quick reflexes and skills. Hosting the event will be popular movie actor Will Ferrell along with television personalities Susie Castillo and Quddus.
